This is a refrigerator designed with decorative elements inspired by traditional Korean furniture.
‘BeUT’ means ‘Be Usual Treasure’ and is derived from the old name of the kitchen, ‘Beut’.
We wanted to reinterpret the traditional design of everyday life, which is hard to see now.

이 냉장고는 전통 한국 가구의 조형적 요소에서 영감을 받아 디자인되었습니다.
‘BeUT’는 ‘Be Usual Treasure(일상의 보통된 보물)’이라는 뜻과, 부엌의 옛말인 ‘벋(Beut)’에서 이름을 따왔습니다.
한때 일상의 중심이었지만 점차 사라져가는 전통의 형태와 감성을, 오늘의 시선으로 다시 바라보고 풀어내고자 했습니다.
